VentureLine offers special licensing structures for academic use. The License provides an easy access resource for accounting, finance, economics, marketing, entrepreneurship, real estate, planning, and other business-related programs. Academic License reports are available to qualified users immediately online. The License offers students and faculty performing classroom work, or related research, unrestricted access to VentureLine databases from the institutions IP range or on an individual basis via E-mail addresses and password control. The License is available on a school-wide, departmental or class-by-class basis.

1. $100 charge per class for up to 10 students, with $10 for each additional student/ per semester; or,
2. Unlimited usage institutional pricing at $1.0K per semester ($1.9K per academic year = 3 semesters).
3. No limit to number of analyses performed.
4. Subscription expires at the end of semester(s) contracted for.
5. Access via IP address or authorized E-mail address and/or password.
6. We will accept credit card or check; if paid by check, the account is activated upon receipt of the check.

Commercial License - Unlimited fundamental analyses of public and private companies and their industry

License holders are free to utilize VentureLine data internally, but not to publish or distribute VentureLine analyses in written form to third parties. Electronic distribution/transmission of any VentureLine supplied data to third parties is prohibited.

Licensing fees are based on the number of users in the licensing firm. Cost includes one calendar year blanket access to all seven VentureLine analyses tools:

· 1-5 users: $200 for one calendar year
· 6+ users @ $40 each

Licensees can access the VentureLine licensed databases for authorized uses without added charge for one calendar year from date of license. Licensees acknowledge that the database contains proprietary information of VentureLine and agree not to resell, distribute or disclose any data from it to other entities except as specified.
