CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP) is a financial planner who has received a license from the Institute of Certified Financial Planners, indicating that he/she was trained in investments, budgeting, taxes, banking, estate planning and insurance. Some CFPs work on commission for the products they sell, and some work for a flat hourly fee.

ORDER is a listing of goods or services requested from a supplier with specifications and desired delivery method.  A company starts the purchase process internally with a requisition, which results in an order being transmitted to a supplier.  When the supplier ships the goods or provides the service, an invoice is sent to the customer telling the customer the specifications, delivery method, and price of those goods or services.

FORCED LIQUIDATION VALUE is the value at which the asset or assets are sold as quickly as possible, such as at auction.
