FINANCIAL POSITION is the status of a firms or individuals assets, liabilities, and equity positions as reflected on its financial statement.

RUNNING TOTAL is the sum of any given set of numbers that is incremented/decremented as additional numbers become available over time. For example, a retail store makes sales throughout a time period; the running total is the sum of their sales, including returns/credits, at any given point of time during that time period: day, week, month, quarter, and year.

MINIMUM PAYMENT is the minimum amount that you must pay, e.g. usually monthly on a home equity loan or line of credit. In some payment agreements the minimum payment may be "interest only" (simple interest). In other loan agreements, the minimum payment may include principal and interest (amortized).
