NON-BULLETIN BOARD (NBB) are OTC securities that are not quoted on the OTCBB. NBB securities may or may not be quoted on the Pink Sheets. Also called other-OTC.

BALANCE OF PAYMENTS / BALANCE OF TRADE is the difference between a countrys total export dollar value and its total import dollar value, generally or with respect to a particular trading partner. A positive balance means a net inflow of capital, while a negative means capital flows out of the country.

DISCLOSURE PRINCIPLE states that any and all information that affects the full understanding of a companys financial statements must be include with the financial statements. Some items may not affect the ledger accounts directly. These would be included in the form of accompanying notes. Examples of such items are outstanding lawsuits, tax disputes, and company takeovers.
